Develop individualized case plans addressing short-term and long-term housing goals. Collaborating with clients to set achievable milestones and action steps.
Legal Support
Offer guidance on tenant rights and responsibilities. Connect clients with legal resources for addressing housing related issues.
Supportive Services
Coordinate access to supportive services such as mental health counselling, addiction treatment or vocational training. Collaborate with partner organizations to address boarder needs impacting housing stability.
Advocacy
Advocate on behalf of clients with landlords, housing authorities, or relevant entities. Work to eliminate barriers to housing access and affordability.
Education and Workshops
Conduct workshops on tenant rights, financial literacy and other relevant topics. Provide educational resources to empower clients in making informed housing decisions.
Follow-Up & Monitoring
Regular check-ins to Monitor progress and address emerging challenges Adjust case plans based on changing circumstances or needs.
Community Engagement
Foster community connections to create a supportive network for clients. Organize community events that promote collaboration and awareness of housing issues.
